Final script used for my opening sequence; Insipid
Female character; What do you want for tea love
Female character; We've got sausage, chicken, chops erm sausage meat if you fancy it
Male charater; Maybe in an hour i'm just cleaning up
This conversation creates a sense of normality, which the audience are able to relate to. Creating an even higher level of shock when the audience are shown the crime the characters have committed.

Actors chosen and why
For my final title sequence i have chosen to use a middle class, middle ages ranging from 40-45 years old couple. As prelific killers. To play these characters i have used a medium height dark haired male around 5'9 and a medium height dark haired female around 5'7. I have selected these actors as they are noth innocent at a first glance and you would not feeled threatened by them if you were to pass by them on the street. For my final character, one of the children who has been taken. I have used a young secondary school student ranging from the age of 11-14, of around 5'1 with bright blonde hair. This creates a sense of innocence. Which is needed for this particular character. As the audience is supposed to feel sympathy and shock.
Actors costumes

These are the potential outfits the characters will be
wearing during the opening sequence of my thriller. The semi designer polo
shirt, jeans and wellies. Demonstrate the middle class status held by the two
characters. However the footwear worn by the two characters has significant
effect on their part in the brutal crimes committed during the sequence. The
slippers connote relaxation as if she is not surprised by the crime the
characters have committed. However the male character is wearing wellies
signifying he is completing a gory task.

I completed this collection of story boards for the planning of my opening sequence final edit allowing me to keep track of shots I need to film and to check the fluency of the sequence.

Deciding the font to be used as titles during the title sequence
When deciding on the font to be used for the titles during my title sequence I completed research into different kinds of fonts used in different types of the thriller genre. As my opening sequence is for a shocking, chilling thriller. I have decided to look into the fonts used for films such as Se7en, Silence of the lambs and the bone collector. During this research I have concluded that they use thin long fonts. Which there is an example of above.
